The H & H website is linked to our inhouse database, hosted in our office, and updated daily. Details of homes listed on the website can be emailed immediately to prospective buyers.

Virtual Tours

These photographic walkthroughs provide 360º viewing of properties and give an entirely different perspective to still photos. They are produced in-house, so we can give you the 'feel' you want for your home and there is no delay in incorporating a Virtual Tour on you web listing.

Window Display

Your home will feature in our bright window at 103 Dangar Street. Prospective buyers and passers-by enquire daily about homes on display.

Signs

Our new colourful signs stand out all over the city and enquiries confirm that they are readily identified by 'cruising' buyers.

Armidale Independent Newspaper

After careful research we have decided that the main thrust of our external advertising will be presented in The Independent Newspaper on Wednesdays which is delivered mid-week to every home and business in the city and surrounding region.

Open Homes

We do not always recommend this promotion strategy. While they give good exposure, and bring interested people together, personal inspections with qualified buyers are, in our opinion, preferable. This has been the foundation of our success. However, if you feel that you would like an open house event, we are more than happy to discuss this.

Brochures

Our marketing department produces colour brochures for every property. They are available to prospective purchasers and are prominently displayed in our office.
